Turkey's First Completed PPP Healthcare Project

Yozgat City Hospital holds the distinction of being the first city hospital in Turkey to be completed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) financing model in the healthcare sector. This pioneering role demonstrates that the project is a reference point not only regionally but also nationally. This project, in which Şam Group is among the business partners, is a concrete example of the vision to increase the quality of public services.

International Standards and Capacity

The project has a capacity of 475 beds and is designed with an enclosed construction area of 141,779 m². Built with high technology and equipment, the hospital exceeds private hospital standards with its technical infrastructure and physical features. It provides advanced healthcare services to the local population as well as to neighboring provinces.

Environmental Excellence: LEED GOLD Certification

Yozgat City Hospital is the first hospital project in Turkey to possess a LEED GOLD certificate. This certification proves the importance given to environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and low environmental impact during the hospital's design, construction, and operation processes. This feature demonstrates Şam Group's commitment to reflecting environmental awareness in its projects.

The Starting Point of Transformation in Healthcare

Yozgat City Hospital holds the title of the first city hospital to be completed with the PPP model in Turkey and began accepting patients in 2017. With a total capacity of 475 beds and a construction area exceeding 140,000 m², it has brought the regional healthcare quality to the peak.
