BG Organic makes a difference in the sector by setting out with the motto "happy animal, high-quality milk." Our facility produces milk with high fat and protein values, and meticulously applies the requirements of Compliance with European Union Standards and Disease-Free Enterprise certificates. These standards maximize the reliability of the products that reach the tables.

Focus on Genetic Quality and Animal Welfare

In our facility in Orhangazi, Bursa, we have built our livestock with 500 elite pregnant Holstein heifers imported from the United States, selected for their genotype and phenotype. In our farm, which we established by prioritizing animal welfare, the fertile roughages of Anatolia are combined with world-class compound feed additives for the nutrition of the animals.

A Sustainable Approach and Energy Contribution

Our farm has a management model that is not only production-oriented but also environmentally conscious. Thanks to the manure management system we use, we send the generated manure to nearby energy recovery facilities, thereby actively contributing to Sustainable Energy production. This reflects the environmental awareness of Şam Group across all sectors.

From Farm to Your Table

It is a modern facility built on 95 acres of land, with a capacity of 1200 animals in a 12,000 m² enclosed area. Acting with a high-quality genetic livestock presence and an expert team, the farm produces in accordance with EU Standards. The facility pioneers natural and healthy nutrition by delivering milk with high fat and protein values to processing facilities daily without breaking the cold chain.

BG Organic has registered its reliability with its Compliance with European Union Standards and Disease-Free Enterprise certificates. These certificates are the guarantee that hygiene and quality are kept at the highest level during production. Furthermore, the manure management system applied at the farm not only ensures the cleanliness of the facility but also supports environmental sustainability and contributes to biomass energy production by supplying manure to surrounding energy plants.
