Mr. Mussel is a modern aquaculture facility established following an application to the Ministry of Agriculture in 2019 and intensive feasibility studies conducted in 2020-2021. Established over a vast area of 264,000 m² off the coast of Kocadere, Çınarcık in Yalova , this farm represents one of the largest and most significant initiatives in Mediterranean mussel cultivation in the region.

Our facility utilizes the longline (horizontal line) technique, which is one of the most efficient and environmentally friendly methods in mussel farming. This technique ensures that mussels grow under conditions closest to their natural habitat and at high hygiene standards. Our goal is to produce high-quality mussels that are suitable for human health, sustainable, and capable of dynamically meeting market demands.

Increasing our production to an annual capacity of 1000-2000 tons is among our primary goals.
